This wonderful barn conversion boasts great views indoors and out, thanks to its huge picture windows and French doors which open onto its pretty garden and patio. The double height ceiling gives an airy and open feel. The exposed beamed ceilings and open fire add character and make for cosy relaxation in the cooler months. The open plan fitted kitchen, dining area and living room area adds to sociability, as well as being perfect for keeping an eye on little ones whilst preparing dinner.

Our little cottage is a stunning, newly renovated one (king sized) bedroom cottage at Tinney Waters - it is light and airy and we are happy to accept dogs - no restrictions on where they go - it's their holiday too! We are only a few miles from Bude's amazing, sandy, dog friendly beaches too - great for surfing! We have three well stocked coarse fishing lakes which are private for our on site guests. 1 free sauna session - extra time can be booked on request.

With direct access to footpaths leading on to the south west coast path, this is an ideal bolthole for walking or surfing holidays or just the perfect excuse to get away from it all. The tiny house sits in a quiet corner on our family farm in North Cornwall, just over 2 miles from the coast. There is a cozy sauna with sea view available for hire on the farm.
