1820's Farmhouse 182 acres/Private Swimming Pond

Oak Hill Farm c1824, this farmhouse has been fully renovated with a modern take on upstate luxury. Situated on 183 acres of its own land, the house has views across the valley, spring fed swimming pond and a private mountain top. Enjoy morning strolls through our open hay fields, cookout on the covered deck with a wood burning smoker, gas grill, fire pit. Mowed trails through the hay fields, large pathways that are for hiking, foraging, wild life sighting. Air conditioning throughout the house.

Clean & inviting 1850's renovated farmhouse w/well appointed kitchen, living & dining rooms, 6 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms. Cable TV in all bedrooms & large screen in the living room, wifi throughout the house, gas fireplace in the living room, outdoor fireplace & a big front porch. There is a base price for up to 6 guests & then a $25 per guest per night fee for each additional guest up to the 14.

The Carriage House at Arran Fell Farm

A slice of heaven nestled on a mountain top15 min from Cooperstown, 25 minutes to Dreams Park, and 40 minutes to All star village. Immaculate, quiet, peaceful rescue farm. Come and unwind and sleep in one of the hammocks or take a walk down a woodland trail. Lots of activities for kids. Try some fishing, water slide or water trampoline. Take out paddleboats or kayaks and look for the Koi fish. Interact and give treats to rescue animals including EMUS! This rental is one of a kind experience.

The interior of this cozy country cabin has been RENOVATED and we can’t wait to share it with you! Disconnect from city life a recharge in the country. In the evenings' BBQ on the deck and enjoy a glass of wine next to the fire pit. Spend days hiking in the trails of Lutheranville State Forest in the Summer or Cross Country Ski & Snowmobile in the winter. It is approximately a mile away. We are also 2.5 miles from Seven Ponds Farm and about 30-35 minutes to both Oneonta and Cooperstown.

Historic Tavern (w/ saltwater hot tub)

Copper top bar in your private tavern/kitchen. Sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms (3 beds). 6-person salt water hot tub (available after 8/22/25), Picnic table, grill. 25-28min to Cooperstown Dreams Park and All Star Village, 20min to Oneonta and Cobleskill. This home was completed in the 1870s and is a jewel in the region (we’re bringing her back to life, but she’s still pretty awesome). The town pool is on the neighboring property, it’s very convenient.

"Far from the Madding Crowd" Cozy Cabin Retreat

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
