The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

Kurze Fahrzeiten zu den Kärntner Skigebieten: Gerlitzen 20 Min; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 Min; Turracherhöhe 35 Min und zum Wörthersee und Ossiachersee jeweils 15 Min. Die große Zirbenstube sowie das mit Erdwärme beheizte Pool, eine kleine Sauna, die Designer-Küche und ein Billardtisch sind die Highlights dieses Hauses.
