The Saloon - Private Entrance/Space!

Welcome to The Saloon. This 600 sq feet space is perfect for those who need a quick getaway or traveling through Kansas City. Located just 15 minutes from the Power & Light District, 22 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium, and 20 minutes from MCI Airport. This space has no access to thermostat, (the space does have heat) - we do provide a space heater, as some guests have complained about being too cold when really cold days/nights.

The Brick Barn Studio is a sweet and peaceful private space on the first floor of a late 19th century Carriage House. Guests enjoy private entry to their accommodation, mini kitchen, shower/bathroom, and laundry, king mattress on a unique built-in bench platform, and a convertible sofa for another guest or two. Great space for family or business travel, includes garage. Close to Legends shopping, I70 and I435 highways. We say disability friendly because it is a new build with wide doorways and a no barrier entrance from the garage. We have lowered the digital garage door keypad to wheelchair height. The largest bathroom has front loader laundry, a roll up sink and a no barrier shower with grab bars and an adjustable shower head.

We invite you to stay in our beautiful, independent, and private in-law suite (we do live upstairs). There is an outdoor patio with hanging lights and seating in a fenced backyard. Very close to beautiful Shawnee Mission Park. One exit from Lenexa City Center. We are about 10 minutes from the Kansas City Speedway and Children’s Mercy Park and 20 minutes from Downtown Kansas City.
