This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.

My place is a lovely private flat and is detached from the main house. There is public transport to the city at the end of the street. The airport is approx. 20 mins drive, 30 mins to the city, and the Wynnum/Manly Esplanade is only 7 mins away. My place is private, is in a convenient location and the quiet, leafy neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. I do not accept children under 12 because of the pool. Off street parking is available.

The area is quiet, but close to good restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. It’s within in walking distance to public transport.

Well decorated 2 bedroom downstairs apartment on "the Terrace" with spacious outdoor casual living area. Close to shops and Public transport. 15 Minutes to Brisbane Airport. Close to Brisbane's spectacular Moreton Bay. Close to the Gateway Motorway for easy access to the Gold and Sunshine Coasts. 35-40 Minutes by Train to the cultural heart of Brisbane's Southbank and City heart.
