Location! Sage Place is a one level 2 bedroom each has a luxury Queen one full bath, a fully stocked kitchen, living room and full size washer and dryer and patio. The home situated just a couple minute walk from Historic Downtown McMinnville, on a corner that transitions from downtown to residential so there can be traffic noise during the day but by 7 pm it’s quiet. As part of a Triplex sitting on the end it has a dedicated off-street parking area just a few steps from the Front Door!

This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.
