Boutique Retreat-Ohana Bungalow

The Boutique Retreat offers 9 custom tiny home cottages in the heart of wine country. The Ohana Bungalow is a spacious 300 square foot cottage with an upscale Island theme featuring warm acacia wood, rich leather furnishings and authentic art from Hawaii. The interior of the cottage has a stunning 11 foot arched ceiling accented with rich tongue & groove pine that compliments the clean white walls and warm vinyl plank luxury flooring. The private deck faces Alpine Ave - minutes from 3rd Street.

the compass is a luxe boutique inn featuring 5 suites with ensuite spa-inspired bathrooms, a remodeled kitchen and design-forward common areas. the main house includes 4 guest suites (3 kings and queen) and the studio in the back of the property includes a king bed, kitchenette and the most comfy queen pull out couch. the dinning area includes a commercial-grade nespresso and seating for 12. outside you will find a fire pit, horse shoes and our new sauna and cold plunge!

Jory Flat/Amity Flats: history, luxury, wine

Amity Flats is a boutique inn in a historic building, with five Flats. Jory is the "flagship" Flat with gorgeous east light from large, operable windows that look over Amity to the vineyard-studded hills beyond. Jory Flat has a separate sleeping area, a large sitting room, a large, well-equipped kitchen and private bathroom with clawfoot tub and glass brick walk-in shower. A sofa bed can be pulled out to accomodate two additional guests.

The Douglas on Third is a 100 year old building that has been completely redone, inside and out and offers one of the few places to stay on historic 3rd Street in downtown McMinnville. The rooms are quaint, not overly large, but we have built in most everything you will need during your visit!

the compass is a sustainable and modern inn with 5 luxe suites, cozy and inviting community spaces, a fire pit, and our new 6-person barrel sauna and cold plunge! the compass studio is our standalone suite in the back of the property with a king bed, queen pull out couch, shower/deep tub combo and kitchenette, electric fire and private patio.
