Peaches Place is a cozy 440 sf. home, set back from the street with a big front yard for a sense of privacy while still being in a close-knit community. It is a 1 bedroom home boasting an attached porch, a fire pit, and a floating deck with a pergola. The bedroom has a reading nook, and a closet where you can unpack and make your stay feel like home. For additional visitors, the leather sofa folds down into a full-sized bed. The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Enjoy a home that is spacious, yet cozy. Approximately 10-15 minutes from downtown Fort Wayne . This home is a perfect location to access all that Fort Wayne has to offer yet secluded enough to get some private relaxation! We have a fenced-in yard, equipped with a fire pit and patio. Enjoy sitting outside for morning coffee or an evening BBQ with friends/family. Behind the home is a walking path and a playground which kids are free to enjoy!

Quiet Country Corner

Come enjoy the wide open country space in our quiet and peaceful guesthouse. Although you will be surrounded by solitude you will be just minutes from several towns. Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding fields and woods along with the beauty of the pond year round. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.
