15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. The apartment is located on the first floor, 5 mins away from the Old Town, on foot. The neibhourhood is peaceful, the beaches are 5-10 minutes away on foot. The apartment has 60m2, and the terrace is 40m2 , from which you have a view of the sea of the apartment is a shortcut staircase to the Old Town, beaches and the nearest supermarket. The apartment is detailedly shown in the photos. It has one double and two single beds. Under the apartment is the garden.

Guesthouse Žmukić | M studio w/ balcony

The studio/apartment is located on the first floor of the house and features its own kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony. From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of Boka Bay and the Verige Strait. Guests also have access to the terraces in front of the house, which are arranged on three levels. These terraces offer dining and coffee tables, as well as an outdoor shower — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh sea air.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
