Beach house Jakov with two apartments

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. Whole house is best option for families who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Villa Stone house, that is located in Novalja (island of Pag) is one of the places that will be the best getaway for You, Your family and Your friends. It will feel like paradise because of the atmosphere, sunsets and many other things that will provide You. Location is away from the city and it's crowd so You will be able to enjoy every second peacefully. The 2018 build Villa Pag Sea View is a 2 storey semi-detached house, located about 6 km away from the historic city of Pag on the island of Pag, that can be reached taking the scenic coastal road. Villa Pag Sea View is bordered by an old oak forest and sits at the base of Sveti Vid, the highest peak on the island with 348 m above sea level. A marked hiking path next of the house leads directly to the top of Sveti Vid, offering a stunning view of most of island.

Completely new house located just 100m from the sea with heated pool. The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.
