'Wild Pistachio' the garden house in NATURE!with PRIVACY! 'Wild Pistachio'is located in a huge,beautiful garden with wild pistachio trees, pines, lemon trees, lavender, geraniums and many other plants that characterize the vegetation of Aegina. 'Wild Pistachio' is a one room house with 2 beds, kitchen facilities for preparing simple food,a bathroom located outside from the main building and a huge garden surrounded by a high stone wall. 2'walk to the sea, 17' walk to town, 25' walk to the port!!

Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

Through the Grapevine House - peace and quiet

The Grapevine house is located in the periphery of Aegina town, with easy access to the port, its bars and restaurants and the sea, by foot, bicycle or car. Nikolaou Art Residence, 1-room sea-view studio

Au cœur de la propriété de l'artiste peintre Nikolaou, le studio Fistiki est entouré d’un magnifique jardin et entièrement rénové par Zoumboulakisarchitects. Il est décoré avec des œuvres du peintre et des objets des galeries Zoumboulakis d’Athènes. Il dispose d'une entrée privée et peut accueillir 2 personnes. Il se compose d’une chambre avec un lit double , d’une salle de bain avec wc, d’une kitchenette ouvrant sur une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer et sur les champs de pistaches.

Amazing Garden-Cottage in Aegina

The cottage IS 1.3 Km away from the town port and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is one of three houses of the estate. I made my house to be my sanctuary. I took personal care of every single detail, in order to relax any time I come from Athens where I live. The beaches begin after 1.5 km away. There is a mini market at 50 m distance. The cottage is quiet and relaxing. A BABY-SITTER IS AVAILABLE ANY TIME THERE IS A RAMP for wheelchairs

Fistiki House - beautiful place, great location!

Fistiki House is in a fantastic location, just 5 minutes walk from some great tavernas, beaches, the main port and shops. Access to the house requires you to drive or walk 12 meters of a dirt road. There are two bedrooms - one large main bedroom and a smaller second bedroom.There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Perfect for one or two couples or a small family. There is a patio area to relax in the evening an outdoor shower.

Kleopatra Cottage

A 70sqm house with a bed room, livingroom with fire place, kitchen and w.c with shower. It is located in a cottage of 4.300 sq meters full of olive trees. It is propter for a couple and 3 children or 3 persons and 1 child, or 4 adults. Iti is a relaxing place. In the village and the places around, anyone can ride bicycle and enjoy walking. You can reach the Monastery of Agios Nektarios walking in about 30 minutes.

Αν και το κέντρο της πολης ακουγεται ηχηρό,το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε ένα μεγάλο οικοπεδο με δεντρα το πολύ 8 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο το λιμανι!
