The house is found in a quiet neighbourhood with a fantastic view to the gulf and the mountains of Pelion. The light reflections to the sea during day and late evenings provide an unprecedented experience. The yard is large and the 2 trees provide freshness through the day. With your car can visit the nice villages of Pelion, to get to the sea in 5-7min or go to Volos city in 20min. There are plenty of nice footpaths to go for walking or for horse riding in the near distance from the village.

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.

«Classic House» is a single storey stone-built house measuring 40 m² and forms part of the traditional guest houses «Chrissi Nefeli». It can accommodate two (2) people in a very "warm" setting, ideal for couples. This traditional house has a spacious double room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. An extra bed can be added in case of a family of three or a small company of maximum 3 persons.

Maison en pierre avec vue sur village et golfe

La maison est située près du point le plus élevé d'Agios Vlasios, avec une large vue dégagée sur le golfe Pagasétique. Elle se trouve à 60 mètres (via un sentier) de la route provinciale. C'est une structure en pierre traditionnelle, de deux étages et de 100 m² (50 + 50), entièrement rénovée en 2018. Elle se compose d'un rez-de-chaussée et d'un étage supérieur, reliés par un escalier intérieur.
