Appartement de 90 m2 comprenant: + 3 pièces avec balcon + Cuisine avec machine à laver et salle de rangement + Hall d’entrée spacieux + Salle de bain avec toilettes + Toilettes supplémentaires pour invités + Espace de rangement optionnel dans la cave + Place de parking dans la cours L’appartement est au 1er étage avec accès direct par ascenseur. La maison (construite en 1934) a été complètement rénovée et agrandie de 2011 à 2013. La famille du propriétaire habite au rez-de-chaussée et au 2ème étage. La maison est située au centre de Nonntal (Hofhaymer Allee 7). Le Festspielhaus (palais des festivals) est à 7 minutes à vélo et 20 minutes à pied. De même, l’arrêt de bus est situé devant la maison. Grâce à l’emplacement central de la maison, les transports sont bien desservis. Un grand supermarché (SPAR) est situé à 1 minute à pied de la maison. Cependant, les espaces verts sont situés à 3 minutes, comme par exemple, la Hellbrunner Allee (utilisée par les habitants de Salzburg pour leur footing ou ballades en vélo). Si besoin, des meubles supplémentaires peuvent être aussi fournis. L’appartement ne peut être occupé une année entière du fait que l’appartement héberge occasionnellement des amis et membres de la famille du propriétaire.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen, während man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln lediglich 10 Minuten benötigt. Tickets für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel werden für jeden Gast gratis zu Verfügung gestellt. Das Naherholungsgebiet "Leopoldskroner Weiher" ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Unser neu renoviertes Appartement befindet sich in einem historischen Gutshof am Fuße des Kapuzinerbergs und ist nur einen gemütlichen Spaziergang vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der Rauchenbichlerhof ist ein imposantes denkmalgeschütztes Schlössl, mit eigenem Barockgarten, welches erstmals im Jahre 1120 namentlich erwähnt wurde und in welchem 1831 die frühere Geliebte des französischen Kaisers Napoléon I. lebte.

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung mit alten Parkettböden im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses aus dem Jahr 1938. Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer (Bett 180 cm), Wohnzimmer, Bad und Garderobe. Eine gemütliche Laube steht dir vor deiner Eingangstüre zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist so eingerichtet wie ich es selber gerne habe wenn ich Gast bin: In der Garderobe ist Platz für zwei große Koffer, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten Sachen aufzuhängen. Die Atmosphäre ist bunt, individuell und verspielt.

Unsere wunderschön sanierte Einliegerwohnung liegt im zentralen aber sehr ruhigen Stadtteil Salzburg-Aigen und wir freuen uns euch dort begrüßen zu dürfen! Die Innenstadt erreicht man bequem mit dem Bus oder der S-Bahn in wenigen Minuten, die Stationen erreichst Du zu Fuß in 7 min. Neben der Nähe zur Stadt ist die Wohnung ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge oder Radtouren im Naherholungsgebiet rund um den Gaisberg.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
