This is a quiet main floor apartment (491 sq. ft.) in a 4-plex located 1 mile from Mayo. It has a all of the cooking necessities needed to make your own meals. There is a full size bed in the bedroom. This unit is in an older house with radiator heat and a big front porch. The floors are squeaky in a few places. Since it is a 4plex you will hear some sounds from other guests but it is generally quiet. There is parking behind the house and a washer and dryer in the basement available to guests.

This place is located near the heart of Rochester, within blocks of St. Mary's hospital, very peaceful, cozy and private. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to whip up a meal and a dining room table to enjoy it. The living room has a big tv with plenty of room to stretch and enjoy. Also, a patio to enjoy the sunset or a meal outside.

This home is located in the heart of the historic Rochester, MN. Just a stones throw from the Mayo Clinic.
