Η Villa αποτελείται από δύο κτίρια. Το 1ο κτίριο εκτείνεται σε δύο επίπεδα και το 2ο αποτελεί μια σουίτα με διπλό κρεβάτι, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ανεξάρτητη κουζίνα. Στον πρώτο όροφο του κτιρίου βρίσκονται η κουζίνα, το σαλόνι καθώς και δύο υπνοδωμάτια, το κάθε ένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται η σουίτα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, διθέσιο καναπέ και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Εξωτερικά του κτιρίου υπάρχει μια επιπλωμένη βεράντα με τραπεζαρία και γύρω από την πισίνα ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλα. Δυνατότητα BBQ.

Kala Nera is also a great starting point for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse riding, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing between January and March. This would be an ideal holiday home for you if you love being outdoors, in nature and enjoy exploring.

Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
