The main entrance takes you into the main section of the house, consisting of an open plan living room, dining room and large fully-fitted white marble-topped kitchen. The living and dining rooms open out, through wide glass doors, to a substantial furnished patio & entertainment area, overlooking the sea and gardens below. The outdoor area includes a built-in BBQ (charcoal) and outdoor kitchen including a marble bar, refrigerator, and sink. In front of the living and dining room is a large infinity pool with sun loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas – all overlooking the sea. A private jacuzzi with amazing sea views completes the outdoor space. The main level also features one of the two master bedrooms including a luxurious bathroom that contains a stunning free-standing Apaiser marble tub and oversized custom tile shower. Une chambre a coucher double, une salle de séjour, salle de bain et cuisine parfaitement équipée. Elle est idéalement située, la mer est juste lá, au pied de son jardin méditerranéen. Juste la petite rue côtière a traverser. Fiscardo est á 5 minutes a pied (500 m). La plage de Foki et ses legendaires oliviers a 1 km (marche á plat). Un séjour extrêmement romantique pour 2 personnes.
