Estupendo apartamento situado en lo alto Tazacorte, municipio de Europa con más horas de Sol al año, desde el cual se puede disfrutar de unas preciosas vistas del pueblo y del mar. El apart es muy luminoso y cuenta con un balcón donde podremos observar las espectaculares puestas de Sol. Se encuentra a 1 km del Centro del Pueblo y a 2 km de la playa, también podremos acceder andando (5´al pueblo y 15´a la playa). Parada del autobús justo delante de la vivienda. Ambiente muy acogedor y tranquilo.

Das kleine, traditionelle Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen, typisch kanarischen Sträßchen in der Altstadt von Tazacorte. Die Kirche, die Promenade mit vielen Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig nur 2 Min. entfernt und laden zu einem Sonnenuntergangsspaziergang ein. Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das komfortabel eingerichtete Haus wurde 2022 komplett neu renoviert und behält dennoch den ursprünglichen palmeirischen Charme. Strand & Hafen sind in 15 min. fußläufig erreichbar.

Casa renovada de dos plantas de estilo colonial, con grandes ventanales. El alojamiento se encuentra en el centro del pueblo de Tazacorte. En la planta baja se encuentra el comedor, la cocina, un baño, un dormitorio y un pequeño balcón. En la planta superior hay una sala de estar con sofá cama, otro baño y una terraza amueblada con impresionantes vistas al pueblo de Tazacorte, a sus montañas y riscos, pero sobretodo espectaculares vistas a las plataneras que se extienden hasta mar.

Our apartment is 80 square meters big, including the sheltered sun terrace with view over the Atlantic Ocean. A large living room, the SALÓN, is equipped with high-quality furniture. On the spacious couch, you can enjoy the view over the Atlantic through the large glass sliding doors, and the oak dining table offers plenty of space for up to six people. The house is a solitary between the fishing harbor and the marina, and the town of Tazacorte Puerto.
