Less than a mile from Olde Town Arvada, 15 mins from Downtown Denver, less than 30 mins to Boulder, minutes to running, biking, and hiking trails, our home is a perfect base for your adventures. If you prefer to stay in, enjoy your private backyard or balcony, cook a meal, or read a few books. The mountains, the city, and dark skies are perfect companions at The Sunny Townhome.

Intimate and Cozy Studio Guesthouse (C)

Fully remodeled guesthouse studio on a 1/2 acre property. This unit has its own private outdoor area furnished with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table. It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

We do have an upstairs roommate, a shepherd mix puppy named Kiwi.
