About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Pets are possible after consultation. NON-SMOKER!

Und wenn Du die Großstadt Wien besuchen willst, dann nimmst Du von Mödling aus den Zug nach Wien und stehst nach 30 Minuten vor dem Stephansdom in Wien im Stadtzentrum. Direkt von uns gibt es zahlreiche Wander- und Mountainbikerouten, und viel Kulturelles zu entdecken.

Bei diesem Angebot gibt es keine versteckten Kosten. Wir bieten ein wunderschönes kleines, eigenes Haus incl. Terrasse und gratis Parkplatz vor unserem Grundstück. Außerdem haben wir eine e-Ladestation, zum kostengünstigen Laden. In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.

Nettes Gästezimmer

Nettes sauberes Zimmer mit heißer Dusche und WC . Für alleinigen Gebrauch. Im Garten befindet sich ein Gartenhäuschen das eine Sommerküche ist. Voll ausgestattet. Garten / Hof kann genützt werden. Im Sommer ist es sehr nett, den Abend draußen zu verbringen. Nur 3 Minuten zum Bahnhof und nur 3 Stationen zum Wiener Hauptbahnhof. Eine Busstation nach Schwechat vor dem Haus. Gerne kannst du dir ein Fahrrad nehmen und damit zum Supermarkt fahren. Gratis Fahrradverleih
