Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.

Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

Centrally located to all the shopping and restaurants. Short walk to Mathis Park or short drive to Lake Wilson as well as many other parks in the area. Close to downtown and the Whirligig Park, Barton College, Tobs and Future Warbirds Stadium.

Private studio tiny house with mini kitchen, loft bed, full bathroom, plus access to laundry room. This is a private one room tiny home with separate entrance on 15 acres of property. There is one other tiny home, three apartments, and a house on the property as well. Please note: The bed is LOFTED.
