Please note: the space shares a wall with our home but the space is private and secure Located just 9 minutes from SoFi Stadium and The Forum, and with easy access to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Downtown and more, our space offers the perfect balance of central convenience and quiet relaxation - ideal for unwinding between your LA adventure

5 min to LAX, Private Entrance, Studio Apartment

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

We welcome you to our Boho Sofi Stadium home. Located just 10 minutes from LAX, 9 minutes to Sofi Stadium and Forum. Nearby access to all local freeways, the beach & many other LA attractions are only about a 10 minute drive. Restaurants and lots of shopping centers all within walking distance, this modern home is in a perfect location for a weekend getaway or even a long term stay.
