Enter the garden with towering trees through a private driveway outside this breathtaking, secluded villa still in the heart of Crocetta. The perfect retreat for a Turin stage, the home spans three floors with ample space and a grand aesthetic. It is not just a unique dwelling in its style and in its elegance , but also a strategic location. Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

La Terra di Mezzo, monolocale in baita di montagna

Esperienza invernale alla ricerca di silenzio e profumo di neve in una baita situata su di un panoramico altipiano a 1400 m. ammirando le montagne della Val Grande di Lanzo. Dotata di cucina, wc e sauna privati, riscaldamento a pavimento e solarium esterno a pochi metri, nel prato. Una strada asfaltata che sale nel bosco conduce in 10 minuti alla frazione Albone: si consiglia una richiesta di prenotazione – nei mesi più freddi – per essere aggiornati sulla percorribilità della strada stessa.

In antico edificio nel cuore del centro storico, sopra i vecchi portici, appartamento ristrutturato con camera matrimoniale, saletta con divano letto (2 singoli), cucina, bagno, terrazzino privato, balcone. E' possibile aggiungere 5° letto in camera matrimoniale. Luogo ideale per apprezzare la tranquilla vita di paese e da cui partire per piacevoli passeggiate nel verde dei nostri sentieri o per brevi gite nel P.N. del Gran Paradiso. Il campanile interrompe il suono dalle 22 alle 7.

La Mason dl'Arc - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

La reprise de la maison des grands-parents, avec laquelle nous souhaitons vous offrir un séjour caractérisé par la simplicité et l'hospitalité, celle avec laquelle nous avons grandi, que nous a fait comprendre et apprécier la valeur de la famille. Nous avons combiné tradition et design, en conservant la structure d'origine et en récupérant les matériaux du lieu, en les combinant avec une pensée contemporaine d'esthétique et de confort.

Ospita fino a 4 persone, silenziosa e ben ventilata, con finestra sul tetto per ammirare il cielo e un balcone panoramico. Composta da ingresso, bagno, angolo cottura con zona pranzo, mobile letto a una piazza e mezza, e letto matrimoniale su mini soppalco. Wi-Fi gratuito. Parcheggio comodo vicino alla casa.

La nostra mansarda, con vista sulla valle, è di recente ristrutturazione ed è posizionata in una zona tranquilla ai limiti del bosco nel Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso. Ideale per trascorrere le vacanze estive ed invernali, tra escursioni, canyoning, mountain bike, arrampicata, trekking. Di ultimissima costruzione una piccola spa ad uso esclusivo dei nostri ospiti con un contributo a parte per chi vuole usufruirne.

Notre maison, nichée parmi les arbres, vit dans une paisible isolation à quelques kilomètres du village le plus proche. Nous sommes Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca et Alice. Nous avons choisi la forêt pour mener une vie simple et riche de sens, en apprenant de la nature. Nous vous proposons des combles aménagés avec soin par Riccardo, avec lit double et canapé lit (sous fenêtres de toit), coin cuisine, salle de bains et large vue sur la vallée.
