The home has an flat entrance from the back area , has motion lights, enter into the fenced yard to a flat patio, there are patio lights , small step up to the kitchen area. The dinning room sits to the left of the kitchen . The dinning room is opened to the living room . There is a queen size bed , full sized bed , office area ,walk in shower on the main floor . The lower level has twin bed, area with frig , micro. Has a sitting area with a hide a bed for additional sleeping area.

The Flat

A historic mid-1800’s building on the Petersburg Square! Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes private Queen bedroom and private bath. The main living area features a full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath and washer & dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull out). Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the space. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.
