Renovated 2025 Majestic tower one, Condo # 305 located at Beach Exit 39, is a beautiful place right on the white sand beach. Occupancy: max of 3 adults and one child under 12 or 2 adults and 2 children. The Majestic Beach Resort utilizes a third party to handle digital parking passes that utilizes a guest's license plate for entrance to the parking garage and The parking is not mandatory for the guest however they are welcome to utilize public parking down the street. $40 + processing fee.

Panama City Beach is our second home. We visit three to four times a year and can't get enough. The Majestic Beach Resort is a beautiful place on the powdery soft Emerald Coast. We love soaking up the sun, swimming in the clear ocean water, and seeing marine animals swimming by. Relaxing and watching breathtaking sunsets on our private and covered balcony is icing on the cake. Imagine yourself enjoying stunning views and the simple life with ease. This oceanfront condo features standard furnishings and ample space, making it the perfect opportunity for a romantic getaway in one of PCB's most popular resorts: Majestic Beach Resort. This space will feel like a hotel just feet away from the beach. Beach service is included (2 beach lounges and 1 umbrella) from March 1st to October 31st, valued at $60 per day.
