We are PARADISE COTTAGE, and the standards of super host are status quo! We're ready for you! Although only 2 miles from the Gulf, we're on high ground! We are on a Priority One Energy Grid. With over 300 huge potted plants, many trees, etc we live in a lush tropical "Paradise". Our guests' highest praises include private, quiet, serene, safe and secluded; attributes we're fortunate to claim We have no neighbors while being so close to so much. Welcome to our cozy guest suite—where comfort is personal over perfect, and full of charm you won’t find at a hotel. Guests love the thoughtful touches, eclectic decor, cloud-like bed, and the irreplaceable feeling of being at home when you’re far from home. Our home uses one central AC unit. Because Florida is warm and humid year-round, we keep the thermostat at 70°F by day and 67°F at night for proper cooling and comfort. If you prefer more warmth, two space heaters are in the suite closet.

This is a private apartment, in a Triplex, centrally located in Clearwater near US Hwy 19 and Gulf to Bay Blvd. Clearwater Beach is a straight drive ahead (about 4 miles). This is a large 1 bedroom apartment that is perfect for two, but can also sleep four with the sleeper-sofa. There is a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, a screened in patio in the back where smoking is allowed, and a fully stocked laundry room with no extra charge.

Welcome to the Pearl of Clearwater, located just minutes from Clearwater Beaches! The perfect getaway with easy access to Dunedin, Tampa, St. Pete, and Phillies Spring Training Stadiums. Our 2 bedroom 1 bath home is clean and updated with an additional sleeper sofa. The perfect breakfast/lunch spot is just at the end of the block and is walking distance to golf courses and bike trails. This home is a quick drive to pier 60 for sunset and is equipped with chairs and towels for the beach!
