The Rad Pad—Quiet Modern Nest 2 Blocks off Haywood

Howdy! Our space and neighborhood were not damaged from Helene. So, come on, pecan! The Pad is a bright, cheery and quiet spacedesigned for two. The studio is 600 square feet, with 11 foot ceilings. Guests will enjoy a private entrance and a outdoor dining area. We are right there if you need anything, but we are prepared for you to..... Relax under a rain-head shower in the luxurious bathroom. We're close to it all, so hike the scenic Blue Ridge mountains, mountain bike the Bent Creek trails, or tube relaxing French Broad River before taking in vibrant downtown, funky West Asheville, and the breweries and galleries of the River Arts District. Your private suite has: 1) a private bedroom /a queen-sized bed; 2) a private bath /a walk-in-shower; 3) a kitchenette with a Keurig Coffee maker, a microwave, a small sink plus an under-the-counter refrigerator with a separate freezer; 4) a locked private entry into a multi-purpose room that has a loveseat, TV, a drop-leaf table with 2 chairs. The suite has a new independent "HVAC air & vent system", totally separate from our HVAC system, so our Guests have complete temperature control.

Serenity Now!

The space is a warm and cozy modern apartment with an access deck overlooking a serene wooded area frequented by bears, groundhogs, foxes, turkeys, and who knows what other wildlings. We are fewer than five minutes from just about everything including Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville. Inside you find a beautiful and inviting queen bed, spacious bathroom, and plenty of natural light. There is a long descending pathway with stone steps--please see the pictures in our profile.

The RhodoDen

As its name suggests, The RhodoDen is a cozy 1974 Airstream Argosy nestled among the rhododendron of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Set along a trickling creek with a bonfire ring and a view of nearby Watch Knob, this is "glamping" at its finest. RhodoDen provides an idyllic place to relax, and is a great basecamp for hiking adventures, dining and nightlife in Asheville and Black Mountain, both of which are only 15 minutes away. Plus we are pet friendly! Update 3/24: We built a roof!

Charming Tiny House by the Biltmore Village

Private charming tiny house with loft bedroom. Amazing location: less than one mile from the Biltmore house, 1.5 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 7 minute drive to the heart of downtown. Enjoy a quiet tiny house overlooking gardens, coffee and tea available, refrigerator, covered porch, customized shower with mosaic tiles. This studio is in the privacy of a fenced in area with private entrance. Parking available. Enjoy Michelle's vegetable garden and flowers and stone patio.

Romantic, Moroccan-Influenced Cottage

One of a kind artist owned and designed cottage in heart of East-West Asheville. Walkable to restaurants/shops, 2 miles from downtown and 5 minutes to Biltmore Estate. TWO beds total. The cottage has a Moroccan vibe and includes handmade pottery, art, and textiles. Walls are clay plaster and all bedding is cotton. Eco friendly cleaning supplies used. Try the outdoor tub for hot bath also! Parking is on Bradley street in front of the cottage or main house. Totally private.

Retreat in the trees. Organic Farm

Built on our Organic farm, largely from trees harvested and sawn here. Insulated and heated. Deck overlooks Beaverdam Creek. Great space on a cold or dreary winter's day for a retreat. We have a furnished kitchen available for use by our airbnb guests. Bathhouse is also shared in a stand alone building. Our campsites and treehouse are all creekside in bottom land. In monsoon rains, a short walk is required for access. In normal weather one can drive right up to our spaces.
