Our home is located in the Black Forest area of Colorado Springs. We have a spectacular view of Pikes Peak; we hope that folks will have a relaxing and refreshing time while staying with us. Guest area is the lower part of our home, about 2100 square feet. Private entrance, two bedrooms, media room (larger TV, board games, study area), full bathroom, common area with pool table. Guest area is secure with a locked door for privacy and security; door connects lower level with host living level.

It's been our hope, that you can come to our place to relax and unwind. Feeding our Koi fish off the dock, ( in warm months) making s'mores by the fire, enjoying the private hot tub, grilling down at the pavilion, or just swinging in the log porch swing watching the ducks or geese swim in the pond. Private Studio on urban homestead Central #0633

This great space has all the comforts you need for a enjoyable home away from home. There is a sleeping, lounging and dining area as well as a kitchenette, bathroom and a lovely patio space. We have established and grow a large variety of edible plants. On our 1/4 acre lot we use a compost and a rain catching system to support our food forest, spiral herb garden and annual beds. We raise chickens and have been attempting to start an apiary. I am happy to give garden tours if interested.

Patio outside unit is reserved for guest use, and provides additional space to relax with a. gas grill and firepit. Kitchen stocked with microwave, toaster oven, blender, toaster, hotplate, pots and pans, 12 cup coffee maker, dishes etc. Private bathroom with spa like shower, washer and dryer in the unit.
