This 2,322 sq. ft. home is perfect for families and groups, sleeping up to 14 guests. Please note that per community rules, a maximum of 12 guests can be 16 or older, with the remaining guests being children. Enjoy your private boat slip, breathtaking lake views, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting living spaces—perfect for unwinding after a day on the water.

The Bianchi Vineyard House is the perfect spot for your wine country getaway. Our 3 bedroom/2 bath house sleeps up to six adults and includes a full kitchen, BBQ out back, plus, there's a California-Italian restaurant onsite. After a day of wine tasting sit on the patio looking out at the waterfall fed lake full of Koi fish, while enjoying a stunning sunset. The house is less than 10 minutes to Downtown Paso Robles, amazing wineries, Hunter Ranch Golf Course, and Field of Light at Sensario.

This Lake nacimiento house has a great feel with a peaceful roof top deck , out door shower and pizza oven. It’s a short 5 minute ride down to launch your boat. Starlink internet works great. Deep 25 foot garage for a boat. Washer and dryer included , kitchen has electric stove , refrigerator. You get access to the oak shores pool , jacuzzi , pickle ball and fun events. Registration form needs to be sent to oak shores 24 hours prior to arrival. Oak shores charges 25 per day for watercraft

Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for cooking meals. Additionally, you'll have access to a convenient private dock and boat slip!

Plenty of space for a large family to spread out. Kitchen opens to a spacious living area with a wall of sliding glass windows that open to your very own 1400 sq foot wrap around deck. Walk out of your bedrooms right onto the deck with your morning coffee to enjoy the birds chirping and catch a deer grazing nearby. Closest unit to the lovely engineered stone steps leading to the docks where your boat will be awaiting you, makes this cabin an amazing catch.
