Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

This charming new semi-detached studio, is a private space perfectly situated between the restaurants shops, clubs and theaters of Downtown Brea (0.7) and Fullerton (3.1) It is located just 7.6 miles from Disney, 19 miles to beaches and very close to freeways. The studio is comfortable for a family of 4 or "extra cozy" for 2 couples. One queen bed + a queen air mattress. Wi-Fi, TV, Washer/dryer, FULL kitchen, private garden patio. Free Parking for one car. Yard & driveway shared with hosts.

Despite this being out of our control, we have purchased an air purifier to help. Guests with asthma and COPD should proceed with caution.

Aviary with Amazing Views!

Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!

Wonderfully charming older home. Remodeled with charm and taste for correct period. Great useable layout with lots of windows for light and ventalation. New double pain windows, solid core doors and hardware throughout. Neighborhood Description Small town feel. Close to everthing one could want. What the owner loves about this home Within walking distance to Fullerton College and down town Fullerton shops, pubs and resturants rich in history and night life.

Tucked away at the back of our home, affording guests ample privacy, and easy parking for one car on the driveway. Please note our place is tiny just as we advertise it as.
