At the base of two massive cedar trees, enjoy a relaxing soak in the bubbling cedar hot tub that overlooks the bay and its abundant marine life. Seals have been spotted swimming in the waters below. Just 15 min to Bremerton-Seattle ferry!

Welcome to the BayView Tower in the Illahee Manor Estates - An extraordinary tower studio with old world charm, nestled on the edge of the picturesque Puget Sound in Bremerton, Washington. Prepare to embark on a one-of-a-kind vacation experience in this enchanting retreat that offers beautiful views, high end design, kitchenette, large jetted soaking tub, and beach access with kayaks and stand up paddle board! The studio is the upper unit in an attached large house (there are no shared spaces.)

The Rockland Woods Lodge, Lake & Land

The Rockland Woods Lodge was originally built in 1973 and a 2018 rustic-modern remodel freshened up its charm. A relaxing 60-min Ferry Ride from Seattle gets you to a quiet, densely wooded 20-acre property overlooking Mission Lake and the Olympic Mtns. Biannually, we host 10-20 Artists-in-Residence at the property without charge. To support this primary mission, we rent to small groups for retreats, reunions, workshops, and weddings. Full garden views, bright and modern secluded "guest house" 5 minutes off the highway and 10 minutes from the ferry in western Bremerton. The space is a standalone unit detached from our main house tucked off the main street, nestled amongst the cedars and firs along Mud Bay connecting to Puget Sound. The room has a full 270 degree view on the gardens and trees, queen size murphy bed, fridge, sink, microwave, wood stove and bathroom, complete with 16" outdoor rain shower.
