Woodland trails, wildlife and privacy. No smoking or vaping in the cabin. Perfect for retreats or just being able to relax and breathe

Living off the grid in a cozy cabin surrounded by nature sounds like a unique and peaceful experience. The addition of chickens, geese and a beekeeping experience adds to the charm of the stay. This is a small Hobbie Farm with a cute rustic cabin with a compost toilet and a mini woodstove. Nestled in its own little yard wildlife may be about. Deer , fox, even little mice and bunnies scurry about. We want our guests to understand this is a rustic listing with an off grid menu.

Waterfront property with a 30' dock. This cottage has Oneida Lake in the backyard! Beautiful lake view, perfect for fishing year round or just relaxing. There are 2 kayaks and a canoe for guest use. Two smart TVs and Wi-Fi are included. Off-street parking in front of the house. A deck overlooks the lake in the back of the house along with a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and a picnic table in the backyard. It is 20 minutes to downtown Syracuse via Rt 81.
