Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

The Cottage is a delightful property in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Situated in the village of Ardingly the property is located in the centre of the village. Guests can use one bedroom and have exclusive use of the rest of the cottage which benefits from its own private garden and patio area. In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's.
