Aventure à la voile dans la baie de Howe
Prepare yourself for an adventure that balances the thrill of sailing Howe Sound's legendary winds with the breathtaking views of the Coastal and Tantalus mountain ranges. We will depart from the docks in Squamish (about 40 minutes north of Vancouver on the highway to Whistler) and raise the sails as we pass beneath the legendary Stawamus Chief granite monolith and Shannon Falls. Regardless of expertise or ability, you will learn about sailing and experience unbounded excitement as the wind fills our sails and accelerates our 40' sailboat across the waters of Canada's southernmost fjord. Take a turn at the helm or grind a winch to trim sails - the more involved you become, the more fun you will have. A dance of colourful kites await as we tack offshore in the afternoon's inflow winds. The same topographic phenomenon that makes the area perfect for sailing attracts kiteboarders from around the world. We will explore the northern section of the Howe Sound fjord and promise many photo opportunities that will stand amongst the highlights of your trip. With a little luck, we may even sight a pod of dolphins or Orcas! Welcome aboard - let's have some fun. Other things to note We respect our oceans and try to minimize our environmental impact. Please choose aluminum containers for beverages instead of plastic or glass, and avoid the use of plastic bags and plastic wrap. Tx!

A Private Yoga at the beach
Let’s do outside Yoga together at a green open space at a park with a beautiful Okanagan Lake view! The class will be based on combination of Hatha yoga and Vinyasa flow yoga. I take feedback on what customers are interested in and which body parts they wish to strengthen and release. We start with breathing work and a short meditation followed by warming up your whole body, releasing your neck and back tension. We then work for flexibility in your shoulders and hips, and then move on to standing poses such as lunges and warrior poses to power up and strengthen your whole body. To complete our session, we will stretch and release any remaining tensions and stress in child pose and pigeon. In the final pose Savasana, noticing the smells and sounds of beauty of nature you can calm your mind and central nervous system. You may feel more grounded in your body, decreased stress and energized after the class. I will give you modifications and options for every pose and hands on adjustments if you like them. Your tight joints and stiff muscles can melt like butter in the warm Okanagan sun.
