Cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath guesthouse on 20 acre horse farm. The bedroom has a Queen sized bed with comfortable mattress. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room, creating sleeping arrangements for four guests. Kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator as well as a toaster and coffee maker. ​Outside there is a small screened in patio. 5 min. to town 15 min. to HITS 15 min. to Goethe Forrest 20 min. to Sweet Dixie South 30 min. to WEC 25 min. to Gainsville Horse stall rental available as well!

The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.
