The cottage is Pet Friendly and has a fenced in yard to accommodate our furry guests. 5 minutes to Deerfield Country Club, Less then 10 Minutes to downtown Newark, and just a few minutes to White Clay Creek Park.

University of Delaware is a quick 10 minute ride away to catch a football game or celebrate commencement. Other local attractions - boating, fishing, vineyards and breweries.

Close to Downtown and Main St, this is a great base to explore the area and the University. We are less than 3 miles from the University and Main Street. The suite is tastefully furnished in a neighborhood with mature trees. It is totally private, with a separate entrance and a keypad for self check in. Parking is available in the driveway. Truly a serene getaway!

This cute 1 bedroom apartment is located at the HEART of our lovely town. Steps away from some of the most historic places in the entire United States. Come near the weekend and you can tour our informative museums and wayside exhibits while taking in the local culture. We are a close-knit town and are happy to show out-of-towners "the way". On days we are open enjoy a $15/day credit to our cafe next door. Please enjoy your stay! We are so sorry but no pets allowed.
