Eastburn: Gorgeous 2-bed cottage near St Andrews

Eastburn Cottage was created from our lovingly converted 200 year old cartshed. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage (the one on the right) with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable.

Welcome! Your holiday cottage is hidden away in a tiny village only 4 miles along the coast from St Andrews. Comfortable beds, a vintage vibe and homemade cake are waiting for you! Step out onto the famous 'Fife Coastal Path' and explore miles of walking tracks. Being perfectly positioned in between St Andrews and the beautiful 'East Neuk'; it's the ideal base to discover all Fife has to offer - world class golf, sandy beaches, delicious local food, and lots of fresh sea air! (sorry, no pets.)

On cycle/walking route. Close to Arbroath and Dundee. Dogs welcome for a fee of £40 per pet. *Please note: there is no washing machine or freezer in the cottage.

The Old Farm Office

Fliskmillan Farm is off the beaten track but within easy reach of St. Andrews, Dundee and Perth, and only an hour from Edinburgh. The views from the farm across the Tay are stunning. There are beautiful walks right here and sandy beaches nearby. The Old Farm Office has been lovingly converted into a cosy and quirky holiday house, run entirely on locally generated renewable energy and designed for family holidays.
