You can play some games or puzzles if you want to stay inside or Crochet on the front lawn to enjoy some fresh air & sunshine. We are 2.5 Miles from the WW Ranch Motorcross park. We don't have anything new but I can assure you it will be clean. Sorry we are not suited for children or pets, 2 guests Max. and check-in must be before 9PM.

Large 1 bedroom Cottage with full kitchen

This is a full size one bedroom house with full brand new kitchen and private entrance. The entire place was renovated late 2021. A king size bed (inc tv) awaits you and a twin sized sofa bed for one adult or two kids. The kitchen has a full sized brand new oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and is stocked with utensils etc so you can easily make full meals or stay for an extended time. There's one free off-street parking spot available and plentiful free street parking.

Enjoy the privacy of this recently renovated unit which includes a queen-sized bed, and a small living room with a sleeper sofa, so the place can comfortably accommodate up to three. Also included, a 50-inch smart TV, kitchenette, bathroom/shower, closet, and keypad lock for easy access in and out. Please note that we have an exterior security camera on the front to enhance your safety. Conveniently situated 1 mile off Highway 295.

Ela's Tiny House is a 40ft Thomas School Bus converted into a unique and elegant experience! Nestled on 28 Acres of beautiful Florida nature, you can soak up the sun and unwind. Enjoy laying in a hammock and star gaze, catch a stunning sunrise or play a round of disc golf. Paddle board the Santa Fe River, swim with manatees @ Ichetucknee Springs, or soak in the cool waters @ Blue Springs. The Historic town of Alachua, High Springs and Gainesville all within a 20 min drive.

Quiet Private Entrance Backyard Guest Suite

Our small, clean, cozy, guest suite (about 220 sq ft) is located in our fenced backyard. It is detached from our house with a private entrance, in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. It isn't fancy, but it's a good space for spending a few days while visiting Jax. We offer keyless check-in and free parking is in our driveway. A queen Sealy Posturepedic bed provides ultimate comfort. The suite has a mini-fridge and microwave for simple meals (no full kitchen).

Located 1.5 miles or less from TIAA Bank Field, Daily’s Place, Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena, and 121 Financial Ballpark (Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp stadium). 13 miles from JAX airport and 16 miles from the beach.

Hosts live on-site, in the main house beside the barn. Located on a small pecan orchard, our barn was built to be a place of rest and creativity for our family and friends. One of our favorite things about where we live is being able to enjoy the open space of the country while being close to the vibrant city of Jacksonville and the beautiful beaches.
