A unique very light airy studio flat with beds to accommodate 5 people(family or couple). Well located/great access to local beaches, 14 min drive to Salcombe, Bantham, Bigbury, Hope Cove, 25min toTotnes/rail to London. Wifi, TV, DVD. Peaceful & calm. The double mezzanine bed is up a steep ladder and has very restricted head height so requires some agility. The two single bed pods are comfortable. The lower bed pod; suitable for a child/teen has restricted head height. It has free street parking

From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. The traditional Orchard to the South, planted by us twenty-four years ago, boasts vintage cider apples, delicious cookers and eaters plus mulberry, plums, perry pears, medlar and quince. We produce our own cider and apple juice too..

This charming 19th century Old School House is centrally located, a few mins walk to the quay and a short drive to numerous beaches. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.
