Bunkhouse - Cozy Rustic Retreat

Stay in a rustic ranch bunkhouse, a true country getaway. This log cabin has a tin roof and expansive views of wine country and farm land. Stroll the property to visit livestock (goats, alpacas, chickens, etc) and take a short drive to the best vineyards. We are right over the hill from some of the best wine in the valley: Brickbarn, Dierberg- Star Lane, Melville, Foley, Alma Rosa, etc. We are also close to Industrial Eats, Firestone, The Hitching Post, and The Tavern at Zaca Creek.

Rustic retreat

This cottage is very comfortable and cute. It is rustic but we have AC and heat for every season. The outside has a lovely courtyard with fire pit and string lights. This cottage is very centrally located with Los Olivos just a mile up the road and Solvang 3 miles down the road. There are many wineries in every direction walking distance and a bike ride away. It sleeps two comfortably in our queen size bed. Please let us know the duration of time in which she would like to stay.

Suite is ADA accessible with walk in tub/shower. 1 large king size bed and dining table for two. Guest suite is attached to main home in a quiet neighborhood, has own entrance, 1 parking space and outdoor terrace/grass area.

Welcome to Grandview in Buellton, CA, in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country. Perched on 23 acres amidst rolling hills and breathtaking views, this rustic retreat comes lined with grape vines and a private pond. Sid by the pond and relax and sip local wines on the pier admiring the view. At the end of the day cook up delicious meals while taking in the gorgeous sunsets from the wrap-around deck. Please note: There is a quiet, long-term tenant/caretaker on site.

Our home is located behind Santa Ynez High School. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our neighbors have farm animals so you can hear roosters, goats and our chickens we have in the back. The back of our home has 1 acre of Sangiovese grape that is harvested in October. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to our home. It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.

French Country Casita - Breakfast Included

This stand-alone casita sits in the privacy of our rear yard and has a separate entrance. We are three minutes from highway 101 in the newer La Ventana community. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.

Charming cottage in wine country

Our cozy one bedroom guesthouse is the perfect spot for couples or families to enjoy the beautiful Santa Ynez valley. From the Tuft and Needle mattress to the outdoor patio, the entire space is designed to offer peace and comfort as you explore the Santa Ynez Valley. The guest house is located in a peaceful neighborhood of one-acre lots near the town of Santa Ynez. Bike to town or take a short 5-10 minute drive to Solvang or Los Olivos.

Nogmo Farm Studio

Studio with private entrance, bathroom, Queen sized bed, and sleeper sofa. Walking distance to grocery store. 3 min drive to downtown Solvang. 8 min drive to Los Olivos. For couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Kitchenette has a small fridge, sink, coffee maker and hot water kettle. No stove or microwave inside the studio. Apple TV in the studio. Sorry, no pets allowed. We will provide a pack n’ play for babies.

Our unique Studio is located in our working barn, where you could be greeted by our wonderful horses. Our ranch has breathtaking views of the mountains and is minutes away from bike riding, golf, hiking, beaches, horse back riding, wine tasting, and much, much more. You can enjoy sitting outside and relaxing or visit nearby Solvang, Los Olivos, and downtown Santa Ynez. Please, NO PETS.
