A Unique Garden House in the heart of the Kent Countryside with views across our 3 acre orchard. Included in your stay is your very own private garden, complete with hot tub & summerhouse to relax in. The property also has private parking plus a secret woodland hideaway. Within walking distance is both Sharsted Wood and Doddington Place Gardens which are great for exploring, plus our local pubs - The Black Lion and The Chequers Inn which are perfect for a spot of lunch or a dinner reservation.

Hut in the Vines - all-inclusive!

Hunker down for a unique rural getaway experience at Hut in the Vines. Discreetly nestled at the back end of or tiny vineyard, which is now in its 5th year of production, and very private. Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a view down the vineyard. Outside, there is a traditional, wood-burning hot tub, covered eating area with bbq and wood-fired, table-top pizza oven and an electric wall heater…all lit with festoon lighting. ONE Small doggy welcome. Must clean up after :)

The Cabin - Luxury self catering with hot tub.

Unique & beautiful luxury wood cabin with outstanding views over the Alkham Valley. Self catering studio accommodation for 2 adults incl. bathroom and king size bed. Its own private 85m2 deck, covered hot tub with TV, in and outdoor speakers, gas bbq & large private gym. The Cabin is nestled away at the top of a hill in our rear garden backing onto woodland. There is a choice of colour scheme; pink or blue. Standard colour is pink but please message us in advance if you would prefer blue.

Renovated cosy 1st floor king-size self-contained Hayloft studio, part of a stable built c1700, with views of the beautiful Elham Valley. Private balcony/garden; exclusive use of hot tub. Ensuite shower room/Nespresso/kettle/microwave/full fridge/off-street parking/towels/dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries. Part of a family home. Keybox check-in from 3pm. Few mins from The King's Arms (Kent Pub Year 2024) & many local vineyards. Fab dark skies for star gazing. Enjoy being busy doing nothing!

The Den is ideal for couples looking for the perfect country getaway but a further pull-out sofa bed can accommodate children as well.

You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Situated at the end of a private country track, opposite the village cricket pitch and only two minutes walk away from a lovely country pub. The Wickets has a large secluded garden and log fired Scandi hot tub. The perfect location for local beaches and countryside walks. The cottage is based on our property but has its own private garden and entrance. Dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £25. The property has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 small children or one extra adult.

'Bramble Lodge' Littlebourne, Canterbury (hot tub)

Canterbury Lodges and Glamping Located in the heart of the Kent countryside in the beautiful village of Littlebourne, only 4 miles from the historic city of Canterbury, we provide an ideal secluded base from which to enjoy a relaxing break with family and friends any time of year. Situated on our idyllic 3-acre glamping site shared with another log cabin, shepherds hut & bell tent it’s the perfect setting for a short holiday, romantic break or a well needed escape!

Beautiful barn conversion with woodland area and enclosed area, pets are welcome. The barn has 3 bedrooms, and a spacious open plan kitchen family room with new Hunter wood burner. High spec kitchen with coffee machine. The hot tub is situated in the paddock area giving uninterrupted views and secluded by trees. We are near a number of lovely beaches and walks and some super restaurants. . The barn can be rented along with the main house, which sleeps 16.

The Annexe - Optional Hot Tub - Nr Dover

Our home and Annexe is situated just off the main road in the village of Lydden where we are surrounded by a National Nature Reserve and have access to beautiful walks on the chalk downlands and the Whitecliffs of Dover Coastal Walk is also close by. The village of Lydden has good transport links being adjacent to the A2 connecting Dover to London and within the easy reach the High Speed rail route to London St Pancras, Dover ferry port and the Eurotunnel.
