This pine sided 12'x20' cabin sits on 5 manicured acres surrounded by a creek. Enjoy all the activities that Western North Carolina has to offer. This small cabin is close to hiking and mountain biking trails, waterfalls and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is 30 minutes from the eclectic Asheville or 15 minutes from laid back Waynesville.

Awaken in a luxury king size bed and slide open the garage door to sweeping views of the Smokies. Enjoy coffee on the deck. Fully furnished bed and bath, AC/Heat and kitchenette. Pets permitted $40/first pet $20/each additional pet. Area is fenced. Listen to the river while lying in the in-deck hammock. The perfect stage for a restful afternoon or night time stargazing. Breathtaking westward views in a comfortable retreat, complete with outside porch-swing memory foam bed and rockers. Peaceful getaway to rest and unwind after a day filled with exploring, hiking, shopping, or visiting one of the many breweries in our area. Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!

This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.
