Monthly bookings will receive a 15% discount at this cozy 2 bed 2 bath condo. The condo has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, a king size master bedroom and a small 2nd bedroom. The coastal decor and furnishings create the ambiance of an island home. The condo opens onto a wide porch which has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Wander down the sandy path to a private beach and the turquoise waters of the Gulf. Enjoy Gulf breezes and sunsets from the porch or the beach.

This updated 1,400 s/f vacation home with vaulted ceilings is a great place to relax after a day at the beach. (Your private access to the beach is directly across the street!) Location, Location, Location! This condo overlooks the marina and the intercoastal water way leading to the gulf of Mexico. It also has a water taxi that leaves from the marina to a restaurant on the island for $6 a person. Englewood beach is close by, so If you are looking for relaxation on the beach or by the pool, there is a pool to have a cocktail by. The area has many things to do like kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, charters, golfing, and many bars and restaurants.

Just bring your bathing suit, sandals and enjoy the paradise of Little Gasparilla Island!

Relax by the upgraded bayside pool or enjoy Happy Hour by the Tiki Hut or on the open lawn and watch the boats (BIG and small) pass by on the intercoastal. Grills are available for guests to use by the pool area. We also have a new fishing pier and boat dock.
