Great biking tracks into Yeppoon, or a ferry over to Great Keppel Island. National Park and walking tracks to view turtles 5mins away. 40mins to Rockhampton. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES

Walk away your worries on a great long, flat beach. 10 km each way from the towns of Yeppoon and Emu Park. 7 min drive to Rosslyn Bay Marina for fresh seafood from the fisherman's Market or something to eat at the Waterline and Beaches Restaurants. Rosslyn Bay is also the gateway to the Keppel islands. SORRY NO PETS AT ALL DO NOT book the unit for other people (e.g. work colleagues)
