The room is located on the top floor, in a corner, with a spectacular view of the Cancun sunsets, towards the Nichupte lagoon and to your left you can appreciate the turquoise blue of the Cancun sea. I recommend it for 2 or 3 people, since the place is small. Max 4, but they're going to feel cramped.

2 bedroom, 3 bathroom Beach Apartment with WIFI, hot water and a fully equipped kitchen, it is the only apartment in the area with direct private access to the beach, each room has 2 double beds and a smart TV, plus it's own private bathroom, located in the heart of the hotel zone, walking distance to the party zone, but quiet inside the apartment. Many 24/7 convenience stores and restaurants also walking at distance.

The studio is located at the best beach area in Cancun, you will enjoy its spectacular caribbean ocean view with its baby blue waters!. It is right on the beach with easy access. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and families (with kids), best for maximum 4 adults and one child.
