It's a quick walk to local Linden Ave. restaurants/breweries, groceries/snackshacks & the crown jewel of Carpinteria State Beach. There is a Queen bed, living room with pull-out sofa, full kitchen, indoor dining nook, bathroom, & dining table in the patio. Cozy, clean, & easygoing.
