A small cottage surrounded on all sides by nature yet with easy access to a host of different activities. The focus of Hill Top Cottage is peace, quiet and chickens! We have 13 penned-in pet chickens that live on the premises. They are young but already love to be feed fruits/veggies thru their fencing! We're 5 minutes away from the Conowingo Dam for eagle watching, and close to Fairhill Nature Ctr, Great Wolf Lodge/Casino and many State Parks, hiking trails and kayaking & fishing options.

Built in 1875, this newly renovated two bedroom home, is centrally located in downtown North East. Modern finishes and an open concept living space compliment the original wood floors, clawfoot tub and exposed brick walls. All the amenities of Main Street are steps away, yet the home is tucked away on a quiet street with a creek in the back yard. Our home is 2.5 miles from I-95 and one block from North East Community Park, Anchor Marina and the headwaters of the Chesapeake Bay.

Sweet Bay Overlook

Take it easy at this unique home overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. You will enjoy watching the amazing sunsets on the bluff as the eagles, ospreys and boats drift by. Our little house was built in the 1960’s by a brick mason who was very good at his trade. In recent years, the home had fallen into disrepair, but a talented Amish craftsman purchased the house and renovated it from top to bottom. The Sweet Bay that you see today reflects his incredible attention to detail and quality.
