Think of Tutti as a stylish cozy glamping experience. A refurbished vintage 1979 Rambler trailer that makes camping way easier and more comfy. She has water, electricity, beds and a dinette. There are outdoor chairs, a firepit and a covered deck. Tutti has a private outhouse & an outdoor shower. ***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. You must snow shoe or sled through the woods. Private, year-round, 4 person Hot tub! 420 Friendly! There may be beer in the fridge. Original 1960s Camper near Seneca Lake

This 1961 camper is located on 75 acres of trees, creeks, fields. It's situated in a gully, privately located, amongst some black walnut trees for shade. It has 2 beds and will sleep 4. There's also a small bunk bed. There's no running water in the camper but there's plenty available. The bathroom's located about 60' away, designated for guests using the camper & tree tent. The property is a short drive to the east side of Seneca Lake. Swimming is great in the clean water.
