Charming 3 br/2 ba cottage w/ screened porch - New Kitchen. Historic Downtwn 6 mi, Folly Beach 13 mi and Airport 8 mi. Cozy home is a nice, safe, quiet established neighborhood. The house is a 1/4 mile from the West Ashley Greenway. An old railroad path converted to an 8.5 mile hiking/bike path. We have bikes, beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and beach toys for you to enjoy! Fenced in yard with cornhole boards - dogs welcome $150 fee. DISCOUNT for Military, First Responder & Teachers.

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on.
