The apartment is a friendly and clam flatshare located in the heart of Geneva, in the nice and hip area called Les Grottes, full of restaurants and nice cafés. The room is available for short or long term, for solo travellers coming on holidays, for work, or for internships or studies… Parcs, monuments, the lake, art and cultural spots are all at walking distance!

Petit studio calme et confortable dans le quartier de la Servette. Face à un grand parc, très proche de l'arrêt de tram 14 et 18, 15 minutes à pied de la gare, 15 minutes à pied de l'ONU. Très proche des supermarchés, magasins et restaurants. Cet espace est ma maison, que je mets sur Airbnb lorsque je pars en vacances. Vous y trouverez mes effets personnels, que je vous remercie infiniment de traiter avec le plus grand soin. L'appartement a une vue sur une cour intérieure très calme.

L’appartement se trouve au centre ville de Genève dans le quartier de la Servette. Il est très spacieux, dispose de 2 chambres avec deux balcons ainsi qu’une luminosité agréable du à son étage élevé. L’appartement a des WC séparé et une salle de bain avec baignoire. Une cuisine toute équipée (lave vaisselle, four, plaque,…). Il y a aussi dans le logement un lave linge. La cuisine est ouverte sur le salon et la salle à manger ce qui en fait un grand espace de vie.
