The property has a 12-acre fishing pond (bring your own life jackets), playground, beautiful seasonal swimming pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball, 9 hole putt putt course, ping pong in recreational facility. This A Frame was built in the early 70s. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a deck, an outdoor patio, two living areas, and more. Enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and surroundings. Walking distance to downtown Pine Mountain and a few minutes walking or biking to Callaway Gardens. Nearby attractions include several wineries and breweries, FDR national park, the Wild Animal Safari, and more. This is an old rustic house. If you leave the doors open, bugs may come in as we are in the woods.
